This is where I experiment, mix, and occasionally make a mess, all in the pursuit of great drinks. Most of the time, you’ll find me in my kitchen, shaking up classics, putting an Irish twist on old favourites, and sometimes just seeing what happens when inspiration strikes. These recipes are tried and tested (sometimes multiple times, for ‘research’ purposes), and I’m here to share the hits and the lessons learned. Expect easy-to-follow guides, plenty of flavour, and a bit of mixology—because even if the drink isn’t perfect, the craic always is.
